With two days of Amazon Prime savings this week, here are a few quick recommendations of Old New Mom-worthy gadgets to put into your cart in hopes of getting a great deal!

NuFace Mini

There is a forthcoming blog post about this amazing little device, but do yourself a favor…buy the NuFace Mini NOW.  My results after only 30 days are noticeable and rival those you’d pay hundreds – even thousands – of dollars to achieve.

Here’s a sneak peek of my results after less than a month:

Note, there are multiple versions of this device.  After my research, this is the one I’m recommending as the best bang for your buck!

Shark Ion Cordless Stick Vacuum

I am a total clean freak, which is hard with a full-time job, two kids, and two dogs, I literally vacuum every day of my life.  The Shark Ion F80 is nothing short of life changing.  It’s lightweight, has a roll brush, and is so powerful that I’d put up against any conventional vacuum. (I haven’t used my Dyson in 3 years.) In fact, I can nearly vacuum my entire house (3,700 sq. ft.) on ONE charged battery (there are two) and in half the time.  It’s nimble and there’s no time wasted plugging and unplugging as you move from room to room. It quickly folds flat to vacuum easily under furniture and has a detachable bottom so you can use the pole attachment to get into every nook and cranny.

Yes, this vacuum was an investment, but it is my number one pick for essential cleaning tools.

Smart Plugs

Guess who never has to worry if her flat iron is turned off…THIS GIRL!  These smart plugs are one of my favorite buys, so stock up.  You can set up lamps (and Christmas tree lights!) to turn on and off on a schedule.  And, if you’re halfway to work and you get that feeling in the pit of your stomach wondering if your Chi is still on…no worries!  These operate via app, so you can turn them on and off from anywhere.

Sunrise Alarm Clock

I would probably be unemployed if not for this alarm clock. About 30 minutes before it goes off, it begins simulating sunrise. Your body begins waking up even before the first alarm…a total lifesaver for the sleep-deprived working mom! (BTW – this alarm clock and the smart plugs both work with our Google Home app!)

Smart Home Hub Speaker

Finally, no home with a toddler or older kiddo is complete without a smart home speaker. Trust me on this one. You’ll need it to play every animal noise, nursery rhyme, and mythical creature noise on the planet. I’m pretty sure I say, “Hey, Google, play the Blippi Tractor Song” about 100 times a day.  We are a Google home, but if you’re looking on Amazon, you can only buy smart speakers for Alexa.
